Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other digital platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-up.
- Handle offer rollout, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports using KEKA tools.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation.
- Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns on digital platforms
