Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Delivery and Operations
Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in managing end-to-end delivery of
multi-million-dollar programmatic campaigns across the globe. The ideal
candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, optimizing,
and managing both branding and performance campaigns. This role demands a
strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a keen understanding of the
programmatic landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive programmatic strategies tailored to meet
client objectives for branding and performance campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals, target
audiences, and campaign objectives.
2. Campaign Execution and Management:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of programmatic campaigns,
ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Oversee the setup and activation of programmatic buys across our
DSPs.
3. Optimistation and Performance Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics to
derive actionable insights - Implement optimistation strategies to improve key performance
indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and more.
4. Technical Implementation:
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, tags, and other
necessary technical components. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign delivery and
performance.
5. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate multi-million dollar campaign budgets
efficiently to maximize return on investment.
6. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
regarding programmatic campaign matters. - Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic
recommendations to the Business Head.
7. Market Research and Trends:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices in programmatic advertising. - Share insights and recommendations with the team to drive
continuous improvement.
8. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards and
regulations. - Maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout the
campaign lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with DSPs and SSPs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools.
- Knowledge of ad-serving technologies and tagging platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in programmatic platforms or digital marketing.
- Experience working with global clients and managing international
campaigns. - Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
