Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search-focused)• Execute SEO strategies (local + organic)
• Focus on leads, conversions, and ROI
• Work independently on performance-driven campaigns
• Develop and implement media plans across digital platforms.
• Conduct market and audience research to identify target demographics and trends.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align media plans with campaign objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance tracking.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors and platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends and tools.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital media planning and buying (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, campaign optimization, and attribution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
