Senior HR Executive

Positions – 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other digital platforms.
  •  Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  •  Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-up.
  •  Handle offer rollout, negotiations, and joining formalities.
  •  Maintain recruitment data and reports using KEKA tools.
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  •  Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation.
  • Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns on digital platforms   

Experience – 1-3 Yrs.
